Which class is for you?

FRIDAY MEDITATION

FRIDAYS 6-00 and 7-00 pm 

Each Friday join Catherine Moses and Amanda Joy at the Blue Chakra in a space where you can cultivate inner peace and re-connect with self and meet with likeminded people. 

 

The more connected and peaceful people are the more motivated, passionate, resilient and caring they are.  This, in turn, helps them to be of benefit to their loved ones, communities, work, and society. 

 

Modern life is busy, when do you ever stop?

No one can argue with the many benefits technology offers, however, overuse can lead to a fogged mind, a sedentary lifestyle increases in stress and can lead to depression.

 

Attending a class ensures you have at least 1 hour each week where you totally switch off from all of life’s stress. During these classes, you'll meet with like-minded people, learn and take away with you many useful techniques to help you to have more focus, clarity and a more positive outlook on life.

The Sanctuary Meditation Technique is a powerful tool to strengthen or kick-start your meditation practice. With this technique, you will learn, at this meditation workshop you are introduced to your place of power and a method to connect with your divine essence within.
In this guided meditation you will be able to create a peaceful sanctuary in your mind, where you can go anytime you need to relax, let go, solve a problem, achieve a goal, find inspiration, accelerate your learning, or improve your memory. Other benefits from being able to return to your Peaceful Sanctuary at any time you wish include remaining calm when there is conflict in your life, quickening the healing of physical and emotional pain, and increasing your self-confidence.
Your Peaceful Sanctuary is your own private special place, which is sacred to you. You create it the way you want it to be so that it becomes a shelter for you to seek solutions to your everyday life. With this meditation you will find deep relaxation and a space to recharge at the core of your being.
