A few weeks ago now I had a course of hypnotherapy with Amanda Joy Harrison to help me take control of my eating habits and lose some weight. Today I hit the 1 stone weight loss milestone and for the first time ever when trying to lose weight (especially after about 8 weeks) I am not starving hungry all the time. I am not obsessed with food. And I genuinely feel I could sustain my new eating habits long term. I just don't want to eat unhealthy things anymore.
