Hypno-Synergy for Weight Management.

Trapped in the house with a cupboard full of food is for many of us a real danger!

With the impact of social distancing and the lifestyle changes occurring perhaps the extra stress, anxiety or worry being created is leading to comfort eating. Perhaps some old bad habits around eating are popping up.

It may be tempting to ease your anxiety with your favourite comfort foods, but emotional eating can hurt you physically and mentally.

With my new Hypno-synergy weight management programme I can empower you and help you get in control or back on track.

Clinical Hypnotherapy helps to empower you to eat less or more. My aim is to work with you to create a bespoke package that brings balance to your lifestyle, permanent and sustainable change.

A work in progress.

The hypno-synergy sessions build your self-esteem and confidence. We restore a healthy relationship with food and drink. Sessions will connect you to your true beauty and help you to feel great.

The programme gives you the drive and motivation you need to exercise more and bring balance back into your life.

Hypnotherapy in combination with weight management counselling and mindset change enable realistic objectives to be put in place and my clients generally reduce or gain 1 to 2 kilos a week. It works for me!!

All my packages come with FREE nutritional support and I can add on a range of powerful tools that eliminate cravings, provide a Hypnotic gastric band or tummy tuck.

I usually offer four to six sessions, nutritional support and weight management counselling.

Four sessions, or my basic package, includes 3 free audios, 1 reinforcing audio for the morning, 1 for the evening and The Mind Motivator, This motivates you to move and exercise more.

I also record the 4 personalised hypnotherapy sessions and provide them for free too, 8 audios in total.

Sessions include a FREE four-week gut microbiome nutritional reset, what I call Hypno-synergy.

Stop the overeating, rid those habits of the past for good, feel in control and get back on track.

When hitting the reset button on our eating programmes it’s also very important to address our digestive system and our gut health.

The human microbiota consists of the 10-100 trillion symbiotic microbial cells harboured by each person, primarily bacteria in the gut; the human microbiome consists of the genes these cells harbour.

A typical digestive tract contains a vast collection of microbial communities, including: Bacteria,Yeasts, Viruses, Archaea & Fungi.

The gut contains more than 1000 bacterial species. And that’s a good thing, because a diversity of bacteria in the gut is associated with stability and resilience, which is a reliable indicator of gut health. And, interestingly, research has shown that the composition of the gut microbiome can change with dietary intervention, stress levels and quality of sleep.

We now know two types of bacteria that prevent obesity, but what about gut bacteria and weight gain?

Simply put, what you eat is a huge factor. In fact, changing your diet won't just change your weight, it's the fastest way to change your microbes too and vice versa.

There are links between gut bacteria and weight.

The gut microbiota of individuals who are overweight show patterns of dysbiosis compared to healthy individuals. Dysbiosis is a posh word to describe an increase in potentially harmful microbes, a loss of microbial diversity and the loss of beneficial microbes.

Ultimately, this is associated with inflammation and increased blood sugar levels because there is a greater extraction of energy from food. Equally, these two factors are linked to being overweight or obese, and so too is the Western diet because of its high levels of sugar and fat.

With every Hypno-synergy package I will be able to provide you with a four-week FREE programme of Symprove to heal your body alongside those powerful mind changes and tools.

This unique, water-based food supplement contains four strains of live and active bacteria. These are delivered to the gut to support the microbiome.

Several clinical research studies involving Symprove, including randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials, have been conducted, reflecting the level of scientific interest in food supplements containing live and active bacteria.
