Fertility Massage

When you have a Fertility Massage with me I use a series of different massage techniques and styles tailored to your needs to help and support reproductive health, the menstrual cycle, and your fertility.

I have put together this natural fertility massage therapy to help your body boost your fertility naturally.

I have worked with many clients as a massage therapist over the last 20 years and have seen multiple life changing results from the use of massage therapy.

The techniques I use during the Fertility Massage help the body to become balanced, have healthy circulation, increase immune system health, decrease stress, and much much more. There are many reproductive benefits to receiving fertility massage.

Regularly receiving fertility massage provides many benefits for the reproductive system. Some of the benefits are:

Using massage therapy to help your fertility is very beneficial. There are many issues that fertility massage may be able to help with and in combination with Acupressure, Mayan Fertility Massage, Femoral Massage, Reflexology and Essential Oils.

My fertility massage is a powerful therapy as well as being blissfully relaxing and comforting during an often-stressful time.

Allow me to tell you a little about each of the techniques I use and how they may benefit you in your journey towards creating a family.

Acupressure Massage

In my clinical practice, I’ve helped many women conceive using fertility acupressure. I’ve also helped women conceive by teaching them how they can use fertility self-acupressure.

Acupressure massage is deeply relaxing and relieves stress, I use specific points to help your body get into the best of health for fertility.

Everyone tells you stress is bad for your fertility, but half the things you need to do to get pregnant are stressful!

Acupressure is stress-relieving by nature. I can teach you how to do it to yourself or ask your partner to do it on you while you’re lying in bed or on the couch.

Stimulating the points is soothing and many of the points produce a calming effect on the mind and body. It’s even a great tool to use before bed to sleep better.

Mayan Fertility Abdominal Massage

This is an ancient abdominal massage technique that improves uterine health. It massively improves circulation in the area. I also teach this to all my clients looking to conceive and encourage then to use it daily up to ovulation.

Men benefit from this massage too as it helps to improve the health of their prostate, essential for providing nutrition and enzymes for healthy sperm.

This massage is very deeply comforting and relaxing and teaching my clients to use it on themselves or each other is very empowering.

Femoral Massage

This is a simple technique that increases blood flow to the uterus and ovaries and therefore increases their function and the chances of conception.


Reflexology is based on the belief that specific areas of your feet and hands (called reflex points) link to your organs and to other parts of your body. Putting pressure on these reflex points stimulates or restores the flow of energy within your body. This ensures you are in the best possible health to become pregnant.

Reflexology can help with ovulation and menstrual cycle problems, as well as rebalancing hormones.


There are many oils that are really helpful for increasing fertility but should not be used if you think you may be pregnant and should not be used after ovulation just in case you are pregnant. They smell great bring about calm and wellbeing.

My favourites are:

  • German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, Matricaria recutita)

German chamomile is best known for its ability to reduce inflammation. This oil is a deep blue colour due to the presence of azulene. It also has some pain reducing effects, promotes calming of the nerves, reduces anger, irritability and depression. This oil may be a good choice for women with painful cysts or fibroids. It may also be good for women who feel anxiety or depression due to fertility issues.

  • Geranium (Pelargonium gravolens)

This oil is an adrenal cortex stimulant; helping to regulate and balance hormones. It also helps to detoxify the lymphatic system, helps to alleviate anxiety, and is antidepressant.

  • Rose Otto (Rosa centifolia, Rosa damascena, Rosa gallica

This is by far one of the most expensive essential oils on the market, but well worth it! This is one of my favourite oils and just a few drops go a long way. Rose otto is helpful in treating PMS, regulation of the menstrual cycle and has been shown helpful for women who have trouble conceiving. This oil relaxes the uterus and is an aphrodisiac, helping to inspire confidence in expressing oneself sexually. It is extremely effective in treating depression and grief; this may be a great oil for those who have miscarried or have a failed IVF.

  • Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana, Majorana hortensis)

This is a great oil for menstrual cramps as Sweet Marjoram works to reduce pain on all levels. It’s great to use with a hot compress on the abdomen when experiencing menstrual cramps.

  • Clary Sage (Salvia sclaria)

Do not get this one mixed up with common Sage. Clary sage is said to produce a “narcotic like high”, helping to reduce pain. It’s very effective in reducing menstrual cramps and is an extremely effective uterine tonic. It has been said that Clary Sage may have estrogenic effects that help to regulate the menstrual cycle. It is also very effective in treating depression and anxiety.

  • Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens)

This oil is great for women with over-heavy menstrual bleeding and painful menstruation. It is very astringent.

  • Lavender (Lavendula officinalis or Lavandula angustifolia)

I am including lavender because it is generally a great oil for every ailment and is very balancing for most oil blends. It is a great circulatory stimulant, immune stimulant, balancing for all body systems and is very helpful for mood swings associated with PMS or hormonal imbalance.

  • Jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum, Jasmine officianale)

Jasmine is a wonderful oil as it aids overall female reproductive health and is also strengthening for the male sex organs. This oil is very expensive.

I recommend that my clients use fertility massage in combination with clinical hypnotherapy to get the very best results.
